With the present work, we studied interconversion process of Triadimefon enantiomers on polysaccharide based chiral stationary phases in hexane-alcohol type eluent. Together with different chiral selectors, we studied the enantiomerization process at different concentrations of diethyl amine in the mobile phase and for each condition characterized the enantiomerization process kinetically. The racemization reaction of one enantiomer was also observed and based on the obtained results, we tried to determine whether the stationary phase, the mobile phase, or the base additive in the mobile phase played a catalytic role in the interconversion process of Triadimefon enantiomers.
