Silicon compounds play an essential role in life processes, and many of them (especially organic ones) have a specific effect on living organisms. The goal of our work was to synthesize a new type of silicon containing benzocaine-N- 2,3,4- tri-O-acetyl- β-D-xylopyranosides and prediction of possible biological activity potential of the obtained compounds. N–silylation of benzocaine- N- 2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl- β-D-xylopyranoside was carried out using trimethylchlorosilane and triphenylchlorosilane and zinc dustat in dry chloroform at room temperature. Corresponding, N-trimethylsilyl-benzocine-N-2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl-β-D- xylopyranoside and N-triphenylsilyl-benzocine-N-2,3,4-tri-O-acetyl- β-D-xylopyranoside were obtained for the first time. The structures of obtained compounds were established by physical-chemical methods of analysis. With the help of computer program PASS Online wide range of possible biological activity and toxic / side effects for synthesized compounds has been determined. The prediction data of biological activity of obtanided compounds show that they have high potentially Restenosis treatment, Antihemorrhagic Antineoplastic, Antidiabetic, Antiinflammatory, Antihypertensive, Antibacterial and other species activity.
