Annotation:

Annotation Mariamdjvari State Nature Reserve is located in the territory of Sagarejo Municipality. The creation of the nature reserve was based on the protection and preservation of pristine groves of Caucasian (Sosnowskyi) pine (Pinus sosnowskii Nakai). The relevance of the presented work comes from the study of these unique, polymorphic individuals with different habits by systematic-taxonomic and palynological methods. The pollen morphology of umbelliferous (umbrella-shaped) and pyramidal crown species was studied. A list of woody plants distributed in the nature reserve was compiled, the number of main taxa (families, genera) and their numerical ratio, statistical analysis of taxonomic composition was determined. The main geographical elements were identified. During the compilation of the conspectus particular attention was paid to the identification of rare and endemic species that require special protection. The statistical analysis of the dendroflora gives us a certain idea about the structure and diversity of the flora of the Mariamjvari Nature Reserve. We hope that the presented work will contribute to the promotion of the nature reserve and also from a scientific point of view, it will help the interested persons to plan and implement educational activities.
