The object of the Master's research is the quartz-feldspar sand deposit of Surami, located on the south-eastern periphery of Dzirula, and its prospects. To study the research object, the fund literature provided by the National Agency of Mineral Resources and the samples taken by me from the quartz-feldspar deposit in the vicinity of Daba Surami in 2022 as part of the field-geological practice were used. In the first part of the master's thesis, a brief history of the study of the Dzirula massif, its geology and tectonics, as well as stratigraphy of the Khashuri region (location of quartz-feldspar sand deposit), tectonics and history of geological development, and the geology of the deposit itself are discussed. The samples taken during the field practice were studied (chemical analysis was done) in the teaching-scientific laboratory of petrochemicals of the Department of Geology of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. The second part of the work was devoted to the report of reserves in one of the areas of quartz-feldspar sand deposit and the possibility of using the sand there in the industry. Based on the comparison of our chemical analysis data with the previously available data we can say that this quartz-feldspar sand can be used for the production of various types of concrete, as well as for the production of various types of glass . Directly, the studied area belongs to the deposits of the second group according to its data. Based on the available data and due to its small volume, we counted the reserves in C1 and C2 categories. The distance between exploration works is 110 meters, surface mining works (mine shafts) have been taken to study the area. The mine should be worked in an open pit manner. The total amount of reserves is 166580 m3, of which C1 category - 123783 m3, and C2 category - 42797 m3. Reserves are counted at a depth of 10 meters.
