Annotation Mariam Aftsiauri Synthesis of silicon containing anesthesin-N-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, 3 I.Chavchavadze Avenue The latest analysis of scientific publications indicates that recently has sharply increased interest of chemists researchers to synthesis of N-glicosides. Actuality of the theme provides us with the grounds to expand the works in this direction. Researches in this sphere can contribute to creation of new, biologically and physiologically active preparations. The goal of our work was to synthesize a new type of N–triphenylsilil-anesthesin-N-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside. N–silylation of anesthesin-N-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (3) was carried out using trimethylchlorosilane and K2CO3 in dry chloroform at 60c temperature. N-triphenylsilyl- anesthesin-N-2,3,4-tetra-O-acetyl--D-glucopyranoside (4) was obtained for the first time according to the following schem: The structures of obtained compounds were established by physical-chemical methods of analysis.
