Learning today is strongly influenced by technology, more specifically by information and communication technology (ICT). A very large number of different online education delivery systems are available and already being used in education. E-learning is our everyday life. That's why a flexible tool is needed that adjusts to both time and technology. Technology can be used in education, especially to create project-based learning activities. Modern educational strategies have been developed that include aspects such as self-directed learning, cooperative learning, experiential learning, active participation, and content creation. In many ways, online ICT (Information and Communication Technology) systems facilitate information retrieval, provide support for knowledge transfer and collaborative learning (McCormick, 2004), and facilitate various types of interaction. ICT Support Systems (ICTSS) increase student motivation by facilitating interaction with real people synchronously or asynchronously and even provide opportunities for real-world participation.
