Study of influence of nonionic additives on temperature induced electrical percolation process in AOT reverse microemulsions

Author: Tamar Kitiashvili
Keywords: Sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate, reversed microemulsions, kosmotropic and chaotropic nonionic additives, temperature-induced electrical percolation, activation energy.
Annotation:

The process of temperature-induced electrical percolation in reversed microemulsions based on the anionic surfactant sodium bis (2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate was studied. Influence of nonionic kosmotropic and chaotropic additives of anionic biological surfactant sodium cholate on the electrical percolation threshold of mixed reversed microemulsions has been investigated. Temperature-induced electric percolation activation energy is calculated for mentioned microemulsions.
