In recent years, there has been a growing interest in the development of robotic systems that can perform complex tasks with dexterity and mobility. The integration of a robotic hand with a robot car offers a unique combination of manipulation capabilities and mobility. Such a system holds great potential in various fields, including industrial automation, logistics, and research, where precise manipulation and mobility are essential. This senior design project intends to develop a versatile robotic system by combining a robotic hand with a robot car that can be controlled remotely via modules, joysticks, and a human operator. The project's goal is to produce a comprehensive system that combines manipulation capabilities with mobility by combining sophisticated technologies and control systems. The robotic hand handles complex duties, including gripping, holding, and releasing objects, while the robot car provides mobility for navigation. For precise control of the robotic hand and movement of the robot car, the operator uses modules, joysticks, and their knowledge. The precise integration of wireless communication components and intuitive joysticks results in seamless remote control. This senior design project exemplifies the power of combining robots, control systems, and human-machine interaction. The findings have significance for industrial automation, logistics, and research applications in which remote-controlled robotic systems improve human capabilities and efficiency. This robotic system's successful installation demonstrates the benefits of combining manipulation and mobility on a single platform. The project emphasizes the benefits of remote control, which provides ease and safety, particularly in hazardous or difficult-to-access areas. Furthermore, the proposed system opens new prospects for automation, process simplification, and productivity increases in a variety of industries.
