The existing healthcare system often relies on outdated methods for scheduling appointments and managing patient records, posing numerous challenges for doctors and patients. Patients struggle with appointment booking and accessing their medical history, while doctors face difficulties in scheduling and effective communication. These obstacles lead to prolonged administrative processes and potential errors. To tackle these issues, we have developed an innovative web-based platform that provides a comprehensive solution for both parties. Our platform streamlines administrative tasks, enables seamless communication, and enhances accessibility to patients' medical history. Through this, we aim to significantly improve the overall healthcare experience. Our contribution to healthcare management revolves around enhancing efficiency, improving the patient experience, simplifying communication, and centralizing information. By leveraging technology and data-driven insights, our platform empowers doctors and patients, ultimately transforming healthcare delivery for the better.
